  1. You need 70 grams Cake flour
  2. Take 30 grams Cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  3. Take 50 grams Sugar
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  5. Take 2 heaping tablespoons Milk
  6. Use 3 drops Vanilla oil (if you have it)
  7. You need 1 Powdered sugar
  8. Prepare 1/4 tsp ◆Baking powder
Instructions to make Instant Chocolate Cookies:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180℃. Put the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and optional baking powder into a bowl and mix together with a whisk until the clumps disappear.
