  1. You need Brown sugar 2/3 Cup Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ Cups
  2. Provide Baking powder 1 tsp Makhan (Butter) 125 gms
  3. Provide Caster sugar 1/3 Cup Anda (Egg) 1
  4. Use Chocolate chips ½ Cup.Coca powder 1cup
Instructions to make Chocolate Cookies:
  1. In grinder,add brown sugar and coarsely grind it & set aside.
  2. In bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and sift together,mix well and set aside.
  3. In mixer machine,add butter,caster sugar,grinded brown sugar and beat until well combined
  4. Add egg and beat again. - - During mixing,gradually add dry ingredients and beat well.
  5. Add chocolate chips and mix well with the help of the spatula.
  6. Cover and rest it for 20-25 minutes in refrigerate or10 minutes in freezer.
  7. Grease baking tray with oil,take a mixture and make a ball,place it over the baking tray and slightly press it and add chocolate chips.
  8. Bake in preheated oven at 150 C for 20-25 minutes.
