Instructions to make Mushroom Ravioli:
  1. In a bowl add maida and salt. Mix and make a well in the center. Then add the egg in the center and beat the egg with the fork.   5. Mushroom sauce: heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and onion. Saute till pink. Then add the mushroom slice, spinach, capsicùm, salt and pepper and cook on medium flame. Then add the veg stock and mix. Cover for 5 mins. Then add cream and parsley. Make the sauce a little thick to pouring consistency.
  6. Plating: on a plate put 3-4 raviolis. Pour some mushroom sauce over them. Garnish with some grated cheese and chopped parsley/coriander.
