  1. Prepare 3 Cups Self Raising Flour
  2. Take 1 tsp Salt
  3. You need 2 Tbsp Sugar
  4. Use 1 Cup chilled Buttermilk
  5. Prepare 120 g Unsalted Butter chilled and cut into small cubes

  1. Turn on the oven to 220 degrees
