- Take dried vegetables in a bowl,add green chillies.
- Heat mustard oil in apan till smoking point.Turn off flame and let it be cooled.Add turmeric powder to the oil and mix.
- When oil is cool,add to vegetables,add ground spices,nigella seeds and salt.
- Mix well.Put in glass jars,cover the lids and put in sunlight for 3-4 days.
