- Get 1 white fish - I used red porgy but hake, cod or any other is fine)
- Use 1 large sweet potato
- Take a few cherry tomatoes
- Get 2 small onions
- Prepare 1 dash olive oil
- Take 1/2 glass white wine
- Take 1 lemon

- Wash and slice the onions, wash peel and cut the sweet potato into small wedges.
