  1. Use 1 Medium size raw Papaya(chopped)
  2. Prepare 1 sponge gourd (chopped)
  3. Provide 5 cloves garlic (crushed)
  4. Use 1 very small piece of ginger (crushed)
  5. Take 1 Parwal (roughly chopped)
  6. Provide 4-5 fried Badi (crushed)
  7. Use 2 Sukhi red mirch
  8. Provide 7-8 curry leaves
  9. Use 1 teaspoon Panch furan
  10. Take 1 pinch Asafoetida
  11. You need as per taste Salt
  12. Take 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  13. You need 2 Small size Brinjal Chopped and dip in water
  14. Take 1 Tomato chopped
  15. Use 1 Onion chopped
  16. Get 3 Green chillies
  17. You need 1 Medium size Potato
  18. You need 8 pieces Beans Chopped
  19. Use 1 1/2 Tablespoons of Mustard oil
Steps to make Vegetables Santula:
  1. 1st take a bowl and add water and put all chopped vegetables inside it including, except onion.
  2. Now boil all veggies by adding 1/2 glass of water and salt, 2 green chillies, tomato bring 2 whistle and allow to relese it's gas by it's own.
  3. Now prepare tempering….now turn on the gas, place a kadhai and add oil, panch furan, when it cracks add red chilli, green chillies, curry leaves and crushed ginger and garlic, saute it for 3 to 4 mins in low flame add chopped onions and cook for few more mins.
  4. Now add boiled vegetables. Crushed fryied badi and at last add roasted cumin powder and more salt if required. Cook it in high flame for 2 mins. Then it's done serve with roti.
