- Take 3 boil potatoes
- Provide 1 Carrots
- Prepare 1 Capsicum

- Now hot one pan add 2 tbsp oil. Add onion and fry for 1 min and then add all chopped vegetables. (no need to roast vegetables for long time…. only for 2 to 3 minutes)
- Now let it cool small and then add potatoes, panneer,all spices, chopped coriander and some breadcrumbs. (Don't use all bread crumbs, some we want use for rolling on cutlet)
