  1. Provide 1 cup semolina/rava(I have used thin variety)
  2. Use 2 tbsp finely chopped carrot
  3. Take 2 tbsp thinely chopped french beans
  4. You need 2 tbsp finely chopped green capsicum
  5. Take 2 tbsp oil
  6. You need 1 tbsp urad dal
  7. Get 1 tsp mustard seeds
  8. You need leaves Few curry
  9. Use 2-3 spicy green chillies chopped
  10. Prepare 2 dry red chillies
  11. Use to taste Salt
  12. Provide 2 cup hot water
  13. You need 1 cup hot milk
  14. Use 3 tbsp ghee
  15. Take 2 tbsp roasted cashewnuts
  16. Prepare leaves Finely chopped fresh coriander
Instructions to make Vegetables Upma:
  1. In kadhai add heat oil. Add cashewnuts and roast till crispy pinkish. Remove in plate. Now add urad dal in hot oil, saute it,as it turns pinkish,add mustard seeds as it splutter, add chopped green chillies, curry leaves and dry red chillies saute for 30 secs.
  2. Add chopped carrot,french beans, green capsicum,mix well and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add semolina/ rava,mix well and saute on low flame for 10 minutes till nice aroma of roasted semolina comes. On other gas flame keep hot water and milk for boiling on low flame.
  4. After 10 minutes add hot water,milk and salt, stirring continuously so no lump are formed. Add ghee, mix well and cook for 1 minute. (If you don't want to add milk..then add 3 cups of hot water).
  5. Add fried cashewnuts mix well and off the flame.
  6. Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Vegetables Upma garnishing with fresh coriander leaves.
