  11. Take 1 a touch of Dijon mustard, optional ( I didnt use it)
  12. Provide 1/4 tsp celery salt( optional, I added this )

  1. preheat oven to 400°F. divide sweet potatoes, onion and carrots between 2 greased 15x10x1 inch baking pans. drizzle with oil; toss to cost. roast 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. add kielbasa or sausage, squash, zucchini, and tomatoes to pans ; sprinkle with salts and pepper. roast another 15 ~ to 20 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender. transfer to a serving bowl; toss to combine. if desired serve with mustard.
