  1. Get 1 kg Radish / Mooli
  2. Take 1 kg Milk
  3. Prepare 1 cup Sugar
  4. Provide 1 cup Kohya or Milk powder
  5. You need 2 tbsp Almond chopped
  6. Prepare 2 tbsp Pistachio chopped
  7. Use 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder

  1. Peel and grate Radish
  2. Squeeze all water from radish
  3. Then again clean water add radish and squeeze them

  5. Boil milk in a pan add squeezed radish
  6. Mix and cook the grated Radish in milk on low to medium flame for 30 minutes
  7. Reduce the milk
  8. Add sugar
  9. Add ghee mix well at least 10 minutes
  10. Cook it dry till separate the ghee
  11. Add khoya and mix well
  12. Also add cardamom and Kewra water
  13. Dry nuts mix it
  14. Ready for eat
  15. Serve hot and enjoy
