  1. Heat oil in a kadhai add saunf, cumins, mustards,when starts cracking add asafoetida, turmeric, dhaniya jeera powder, red chilli powder and immediately add washed & chopped radishes with chopped leaves and salt mix well.
  2. Now sprinkle besan on top all over with spoon properly and cover with lid, pour some water in lid and cook for 5-10 minutes on very slow flame. Remove the lid and mix well and stir continuously till oil releases. Turn off gas
