  1. Use Dry Rub
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup paprika
  3. Take 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  4. You need 3/4 cup sugar
  5. Provide 1/4 cup garlic powder

  1. Remove membrane from back of ribs and sprinkle dry rub generously on both sides. Wrap in plastic and let sit overnight in refrigerator.

  6. Return to smoker and cook for 1 hour.
  7. Remove from foil, brush on BBQ sauce of your choice, and return to smoker to cook for additional 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  8. Remove from smoker, let rest for at least 30 minutes, slice and enjoy.
