  1. Get 1 medium size cauliflower
  2. Prepare 1 tbsp olive oil / or any vegetable
  3. Provide oil
  4. Prepare 1 tsp turmeric powder

Instructions to make Whole Baked Cauliflower:
  1. Take fresh and medium size cauliflower remove green bottom of it let stem intact
  2. Wash it thoroughly
  3. In a bowl take tbsp oil salt and turmeric powder whisk together
  4. Apply this on the cauliflower with hands or brush between the cavity of flowerats pour with the spoon so it goes all over the cauliflower
  5. Preheat the oven at 200 degree and for 10 minutes bake the cauliflower
  6. After 10 minutes take out it and make the paste with curd and other spices whisk well in smooth consistency apply on cauliflower same way as earlier
  7. Bake it at 170 degree for 30 to 40 minutes until baking marks comes
  8. Take out cut and sprinkle lemon juice and blak pepper powder this is my version of baking it you can add herbs and spices of your choice like dry origano thym garlic spring onions 😊 curd should be hard not watery try this so yummy you will not like to share with others and it's so full filling after having it you may not need to eat anything else 😊😋
