- Prepare 1 cup rava
- Provide 1/2 cup curd
- Get As per taste Salt
- Take 1 tomato (chopped)
- Use 2 large sized onion (cut into thick rings)

- Provide 3-4 Green chilies (chopped)
- Use Few Coriander leaves

Steps to make Ring uttapam:
- In a bowl take rava, curd and salt. Mix well.
- Now add tomatoes, green chilies, sweet corns and coriander leaves in it.
- Gradually add water and make a batter. Whisk it properly and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Separate onion rings and keep aside.
- Heat a tawa and grease it with oil. Put 2-3 onion rings on the tawa, pour uttapam batter into each ring. Decorate some chopped tomatoes. Cover it and cook it on medium heat.
- After 2-3 minutes when upper side of uttapam looks cooked.Flip it, sprinkle some chaat masala and cook for few minutes. Repeat the same process for remaining.
- Place uttapam rings in a serving plate and enjoy with chutney or sauce.
