- Get 2 large yellow or sweet onions
- Provide 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Prepare 1 tsp baking powder
- Prepare 1 tsp season salt

- Cut stem and root end from onions then remove skin of outer layer. Cut onion into ½" thick slices.
