  1. Prepare 3-4 Medium Onions
  2. Get 1/2 bowl gram flour
  3. Use 2 tsp rice flour
  4. Prepare To taste red Chilli powder

  1. Take 3-4 onion,cut them in round shape & separate their rings.(onions should be cut slightly thick).
  2. Take a bowl,in a bowl add gram flour,rice flour,red chilli powder,salt,kastoori methi,& one finely chopped green chilli.& mix all.
  3. Make a slightly thick batter by using water for better coating on onion rings
  4. Heat oil in frying pan.When oil becomes hot fry these rings on medium high flame till it becomes golden brown on both sides.
  5. After frying put these rings on tissue paper.
  6. Serve them hot by sprinkle some chat masala over it for extra flavour.
