- In a bowl take mashed potatoes. Add black pepper, chat masala, Ajwain, black salt, green chilli, coriander leaves and salt. Mix well.
- In a bowl take flour, cornflour salt and black pepper. Mix well. Pour water and make a batter.
- Now cut the onions into thick circles. Then separate the rings. Put one big ring and one small ring together.
- Put the potato mixture between the two onion rings. Repeat the process for rest of the rings.
- Now freeze all the stuffed onion rings for 15 minutes. In a plate take some flour. Dust the onion rings with flour.
- Take a plate put puffed rice powder in it. Then dip the rings into the batter. Roll into the puffed rice powder. Repeat the process twice.
