- For green colour - Take one cup peas and coarsely grind it in a mixer jar. - Add this ground pea in the pan and add chopped onion, grated ginger and chopped green chilli and salt, red chilli powder and chat masala and saute till all water evaporates. - Remove it in a bowl.
- For white colour - Take 1 cup grated paneer and add salt, black pepper and chat masala and mix well.
- Assembling: - First, take a small portion of peas masala and cover it paneer mixture and then cover it with potato mixture. - Trim the edges of bread slices. - Take 1 cup water in a bowl.
