- Get 1/2 Spaghetti
- Prepare 1 bag PnP shrimp
- Prepare 1/2 cup Green beans
- Take 1/2 cup Organic baby spinach
- You need 1/2 cup cup sunflower seeds
- You need 1/2 lemon
- Take 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Get 1 teaspoon fish spice
- You need 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Take 2 tablespoons organic sesame oil
- Prepare 1/2 cup homemade Garlic sauce
- Get 1 chopped spring onion
Instructions to make Shrimp, greens and pasta:
- Begin with boiling spaghetti for 20 minutes. Drain excess water and let it cook.
- Add the bag of shrimp into a bowl. Marinate the Shrimp by adding lemon juice, cayenne pepper, fish spice and soy sauce. Let it sit for 10 minutes
- Chop the green beans in half. Add sesame oil to a frying pan. Pour green beans in and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Once you done remove the Greens beans from the pan and set a side on a dish to cool
- The same pan add another teaspoon of sesame oil. Add your shrimp and sunflower seeds in the pan and fry for 15 minutes, while occasionally stirring. Once cooked add baby spinach and spring onion.
