  1. Provide 1 box Gluten free Catelli Pennes
  2. You need 1 pinch Red pepper flakes
  3. Use 1 packages Deveined/Detailed shrimps
  4. Provide 1 tbsp Gluten free chicken stock
  5. You need 2 tbsp Parsley
  6. Take 5 Garlic cloves, minced
  7. Take 1/2 medium Onion, minced
