  3. Get 3 tbsp chick pea flour
  4. Use 1 large onion sliced
  5. Take 6 cloves garlic
  6. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric
  7. You need 3 small green chilies
  8. Prepare 1 twig curry leaves
  9. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  10. Use Moringa or drumsticks
  11. Use to taste Salt

  14. Provide 5-6 button chilies
  15. You need 1 onion sliced
  16. Get Juice of half a lemon
  17. Provide 1 tsp zeera
  18. You need 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
  19. Get 4-5 curry leaves

Instructions to make Drumstick Curry:
  1. Method: - - Blend the yogurt and chick pea flour together. - Separately blend garlic and green chilies. - Heat oil in a wok, add onions and cook till golden brown. Add curry leaves, garlic and chilli paste, stir till fragrant, next add all spices and cook for 5 minutes while stirring. Add the yogurt blend and keep stirring until it starts simmering and starts boiling. Add the drumsticks at this stage, Lower the flame, add salt and let it cook with lid on for about half and hour or until fully cooked.
  2. Heat the oil and add onion & garlic. Cook till golden brown. Add rest of the spices and let it sizzle. - - -Add lemon juice to the curry, mix well and add the tarka lastly. Devour with rice or slurp it as it is. Enjoy!
