  1. You need 1 pound flaked crab
  2. Provide Small carton of half and half
  3. Prepare 2 cream cheese (softened and cubed) or can use soft cream cheese
  4. Use Butter
  5. You need Small bag of Mozzarella chesse (shredded)
Instructions to make Crab sauce/ alfredo:
  1. Cube and soften cream cheese i used microwave
  2. Take sauce pan and add butter and half and half
  3. Add the cream cheese to half and half and butter over medium / low heat
  4. Stir frequently
  5. Cut package of crab into small pieces (size of a dime)
  6. Next as you stir making sure theres no clumps of cream cheese slowely add the chopped crab into the half and half cream cheese mixture
  7. Turn heat on low and slowely heat the crab while still mixing it
  8. Slowely add a half to full bag of Mozzarella cheese to cream cheese mixture still slowley mixing it together
  9. Shut stove off and continue to mix for couple more minutes
  10. Let stand for minute great with elbows or even as a dip for hard crackers or breads
