- Provide For Dry Spices:

- Get 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds

- Get 2 tbsp Cream
- Prepare 2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves

Instructions to make Oyster Mushroom Masala:
- Dry roast spices until aromatic
- Grind spices to fine powder once cooled
- Grind tomatoes and cashews to form a puree
- Heat oil, add cinnamon and splutter cumin seeds
- Add ginger garlic paste, onions and salt. saute until onions are translucent
- Add ground puree, saute until oil starts leaving sides
- Add spice powders and ground spice. saute for a minute
- Add oyster mushrooms, mix well
- Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes
- Add water and salt. bring to boil
- Simmer, cover and cook for 15 minutes until mushrooms are done
- Add kasuri methi, coriander leaves and cream. mix well and switch off
- Serve hot with roti or naan
