- Prepare 1 packages Pastry dough for empanadas

- Put all ingredients except for meat in pot, medium heat , stir well and simmer.
- Once you see the vegetables are soft… Add the meat and continue to stir.. Taste.. If you want you can add another bouillon of ham to taste. Let mixture simmer.. Until it thickens..
