- Take 2 spanish onion , small - sized , diced
- Prepare 1 bell pepper , small - sized , diced

- In a large saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil. Add green pepper and onion and saute until translucent, then add the garlic and saute for and additional minute.
