  1. Prepare 1 pound ground chicken
  2. Use 6 red skin potatoes
  3. You need Handful green beans
  4. Use 3/4 red onion
  5. Get 1 can diced tomatoes w/ chilis
  6. Prepare 2 cup chicken broth
  7. Use 1 tbs olive oil
  8. Get to taste Salt & pepper
  9. Get 1 tbs minced garlic
  10. Prepare 1 tsp woshishire sauce
  11. Take 1 tsp garlic powder
  12. Take 1 tsp salt free garlic & herb seasoning
Instructions to make Chicken picada:
  1. Drizzle pan with olive oil on medium heat. Add ground chicken & season with salt, minced garlic, garlic powder & garlic & herb seasoning. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. While meat is cooking, chop potatoes & vegetables.
  2. After 8 minutes, drain meat in strainer or collander & wipe pan of oil. Add chicken & chopped vegetables to pan.
  3. Add salt, pepper, and seasonings above. Mix. Add 2 cups chicken broth & can of diced tomatoes. Let boil.
  4. Once boiles, reduce heat to medium low, cover & let cook for 25 minutes. I lowered mine to low after about 15minutes. I served it over white rice. Enjoy!
