  2. Prepare hung curd
  3. Use cashew and khaskhas paste
  4. Take fried onion
  5. Prepare garlic paste
  6. Get ginger paste

  1. Wash the chicken pieces and remove water. It must be dry.

  3. Add fried onion, cashew khaskhas paste and ghee with the marineted chicken properly. Put marineted chicken in the Tagin cooking pot (Tarkish dish) or any non-stick pan. Keep the pot on the gas and cook for 15- 20 minutes. First 5 minutes on high flame and next 15 minutes on low heat.
