  2. Provide 30 cashews
  3. Use 1 tablespoon Charoli seeds
  4. You need Oil for cooking
  5. Prepare 1 medium size onion
  6. Provide 4 tablespoons Curd
  7. Provide Pinch orange red food colour
  8. Use 1/2 teaspoon kasuri methi
  9. Take Dash lime juice & coriander leaves for garnishing
  10. Prepare Ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder as per taste
  11. You need Handful curry leaves

  1. Wash & set chicken aside
  2. Now make a fine paste of cashews & Charoli adding a dash of water
  3. Next chopp onion, now pick a Kadai add oil let it turn hot then Add chopped onions fry till golden brown then add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste & chicken then give it a good stirr till raw smell is disappeared
  4. Then add cashews & charoli paste stirr well then add whisked curd so that no lumps are formed
  5. Now add in all the spices mentioned above except garnishing things
  6. Mix well & cover it to cook for 15 minutes so that the chicken is also tender & the gravy is also cooked nicely
  7. Remove the lid the add a dash of lime juice & Coriander leaves food colour mix well & again let it cook for 10 minutes more then off the flame
