  2. You need 1 kg mince
  3. Get 3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. Get 4 tbsp green chilli chopped

  1. Finely chop the onions and coriander, put aside till mince cooked.
  2. Cook mince in a flat pot, add in the ginger garlic paste, mix in well and cook on high.
  3. Add in the finely chopped green chillies, with a wooden spoon stir/mix it in till all the water evaporates and oil seen by the sides of the pot.
