  2. Get 3 Tbsp. Butter or Olive Oil
  3. Get 2 Med Green Bell Peppers
  4. Take 1 Sm Onion
  5. You need 3 cups cooked White Rice
  6. Prepare 14.5 oz Petite Diced Tomatoes, undrained
  7. You need 15 oz Contadina Tomato Sauce. Italian Herb with Sea Salt
  8. Provide 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  9. You need Salt & Pepper
  10. Use 1 tsp Paprika
  11. Take 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  12. Get 1/4 Cup Water
Instructions to make UnStuffed Peppers:
  1. Brown beef. When done drain and set aside.
  2. Dice LG Bell Pepper and Onion into small pieces. About 3/8" squares.
  3. Cook the 3 cups of Rice according to package directions.
  4. While rice is cooking. Melt 3 tbsp of butter to large skillet. Add the peppers and onions and cook covered under medium heat under onions are slightly brown and peppers are tender.
  5. Add Garlic, Italian Seasoning and Paprika to Onions and Peppers. Mix well
  6. Add the Beef, Diced Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, Rice and mix well.
  7. Add water, approx 1/3 or 1/4 to get desired consistency.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
