The ingredients needed to make Breakfast bake:
- Take 2 cumberland sausages
- Get 2 pieces english back bacon
- Take 2 eggs
- Take 100 ml milk
- Prepare 1 handful grated cheese for filling
- You need 1 handful grated cheese for topping
- Provide 1/2 tsp salt
- Take 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions to make Breakfast bake:
- Bake sausages for 15 mins in a preheated oven at 200 ยฐC turning frequently
- Remove sausages and wrap with bacon starting small end first and place about 2cm apart in a small casserole dish and put back in the oven for a further 10 mins
- Whilst the sausage and bacon are cooking start to make the omelette mix by cracking 2 eggs into a bowl along with milk, salt and pepper untill mixed. Add the cheese and mix in.
- Remove casserole dish from oven and pour in omelette mix. Place back in the oven for 10-15 mins at 180ยฐC.
- Once risen place a knife through and check its not still runny. Add handfull of cheese to top and place in oven for 5 mins or untill cheese is browned
