- Provide 2 burger patties
- Prepare White onion
- You need Tomato
- Get 100 g bacon
- Provide 4 slices your preferred cheese

- Peel and julienne the potatoes. Heat the oil and deep fry til crispy. Drain the oil in kitchen tissues or news paper (i prefer newspaper) and set aside

- Place 2 cheese slices each on the hot patties. I used one gouda and 1 cheddar. Top the cheese with the bacon.
- Refry the chips til crispy again and drain on newspaper. As salt and sahke it up to spread the salt
- Add the mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, spices and chopped jalapeños and mix. The jalapeños give a good kick.
- Slice the buns and butter them. Tost the buttered sides til golden.
- Apply the mayonnaise mixture onto the buns. Place onion slices on the bottom layer, then the loaded patty then more onion if desired and tomato and top it with the top bun
