  1. Provide 2 large onions
  2. Use 250 g chestnut mushrooms
  3. Take 2 minced cloves of garlic
  4. Use 200 g grated mature cheddar cheese
  5. Provide 1/4 cup chia seeds
  6. Take 1/2 cup linseed/flax seeds
  7. Use to taste Soy sauce
  8. Provide 1 tsp Marmite (optional)
  9. Get to taste Mixed spices
  10. Take 1 cup flour to bind

  1. Saute chopped onions. Add minced garlic. Add chopped mushrooms and cook for a few minutes. When cool, transfer to large bowl.

  3. Mix in chia seeds and linseed to add more protein and to absorb any excess moisture. Add flour to bind mix.

  5. Put more flour on a plate to completely coat each pattie formed from the mix. Place each pattie on a sheet of grease proof paper on a baking tray.
