- Heat a pan add 1-tbsp ghee and add plums puree cook till colour changes add 2-tbsp sugar mix well stir continuously until thick add dryfruits mix it turn off gas & keep aside.
- Similarly heat a pan add 1/4- ghee,when ghee melts add suji and roast till turns light pink now add milk and stir continuously until thickens add sugar, dryfruits & prepared Plum mixture mix properly and cook till ghee releases.
