The ingredients needed to cook Plum Jam:
  1. Take 500 g Plums (sliced and de-seeded)
  2. Use 200 g caster sugar
  3. You need 50 ml water

Steps to make Plum Jam:
  1. Slice and de-seed the plums. Add to a large saucepan. Add the water and sugar to the plums and place on a high heat.
  2. Leave the mixture to boil on a high heat, stirring occasionally. (add more sugar or lemon juice to taste)
