- Get Spaghetti
- Take Water
- You need Salt
- Take 1/2 kg mince meat
- You need 1 onion
- Provide 2 tbspns tomato paste
- You need 1 Red,1green,1yellow bell peppers
- Prepare cube Knorr beef
- Get cube Knorr chilli
- Use 1 tspn honey
- Use Dhania
- Provide Garlic + ginger paste
Instructions to make Spaghetti bolognese:
- Boil spaghetti separately add a pinch of salt and teaspoon of cooking oil.Once cooked drain the excess water(I rinse all my pastas after cooking to get rid of the starchy taste)set aside.
- Saute onions until translucent.Add dhania STEMS(saw this favour secret online, works like magic!!)as well as the garlic ginger paste and cook for a min or two.
- Add mince meat,tomato paste,bell peppers and let it cook through.Add knorr chilli and beef cube.Sometimes I use honey(totaly optional) to nuetralize the acidity in the tomato paste.
- When everything is well cooked and absorbed into a flavourful consistency,and the cooked spaghetti stirring well with a fork ensuring an even spread.
- Garnish with dhania leaves.Serve hot.Enjoy
