The ingredients needed to cook Potato wedges:
- Get 4 big size potatoes
- Provide 2 tablespoon oil
- Take 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- Get 1 teaspoon oregano
- Use 1 teaspoon black pepper powder

- Wash potatoes properly. Then cut into wedges. Cut 8 wedges from one potato.
- In a pan heat enough water and allow it to boil. Add potato wedges and cook 80% done. Then strain all water.
- In a mixing bowl take oil. Add crushed garlic, red chili powder, chilli flakes, oregano, black pepper powder and salt. Mix well. Add potato wedges and toss well. Add cornflour and again toss it.
