The ingredients needed to cook Crispy Potato Wedges:
- Prepare 1 kg Potato medium sized
- Use 1.5 Cup Refined flour (Maida)
- You need 1/8 Cup Soy sauce
- Prepare 1/8 Cup Chili Sauce
- Prepare 1/8 Cup vinegar
- Provide 2 Tbs Salt
- Get 1 Tsp Red Chili powder
- Get 1 Tsp Black pepper powder
- Prepare 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- You need 1/2 Tsp dried Oregano
- You need Cooking oil
Instructions to make Crispy Potato Wedges:
- Without peeling cut each potato in to eight wedges.
- Fill a pot with sufficient water add one Tbs salt and put on the flame.
- When water starts boiling add Wedges and just boil for 5 minutes only.
- Drain water from Wedges and let them cool for some time.
- After cooling add soy sauce, chili sauce and vinegar to Wedges and merinate five minute.
- In a bowl add flour, 1 Tbs salt, red chili powder, Black pepper powder, garlic powder and Oregano and mix well. It's the dry mixture.
- Now dip each wedge into dry mixture and coat it well. Place coated Wedges into a tray. Wedges can be freezed in this form and can be used later.
- Now you can either bake the Wedges in oven over baking tray but slightly oils the Wedges and bakes at 150 °C.
- Or simply deep fry the Wedges over medium heat.
