- Use 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
- Provide 2 tbsp Corn flour
- Prepare 2 Potatoes medium size

- Firstly take a medium size potato and peel off the skin properly.

- Take a vessel and add 2cups of water to it and bring it to a boil.Add the potatoes to it.
- Par boil the potatoes (neither too soft nor too hard)
- Make sure the potatoes shoud be half cooked.
- Now take it out from the water and strain it nicely.
- Now add cornflower,maida,salt, pepper powder,red chilliy powder to it and coat it nicely.
- Add soy sauce to it.(this step is completely optional)as it just give a dark colour to the wedges.
