The ingredients needed to make Curry:
- You need 1 cup yoghurt
- You need 4 tbsp chickpeas flour
- Take 1 tsp salt
- Provide 1 tsp red chili powder
- Get Half tsp turmeric powder
- Prepare 1 cup oil
- You need 4 red buttons
- Use 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Prepare 1 small onion roughly chopped
Steps to make Curry:
- In a pan add oil. Add in onion. Fry well. Add cumin seeds and red buttons. Fry well. In another bowl add yoghurt. Add in chickpeas flour and mix well until well blended. Keep aside.
- Add ginger garlic paste. Fry well. Add all the seasonings and mix well. Add 1 cup water. Add yoghurt mixture and mix well. Add 1 glass of water and cook on slow Flame till curry done. Serve with khitchri and pakoras.
