- Get 300 ml thick double cream
- You need 150 ml single cream
- You need 2 egg yolks
- Use 100 g Dark Chocolate (85%)
- Take 2 tbsp Hazelnut Spread
- Take 280 g Brioche (approx. 6 thick slices)
- Use 3 tsp caster sugar
- Prepare 25 g butter
