  1. Take 125 grams Bread flour
  2. Provide 125 grams All purpose flour
  3. Take 30 grams Sugar
  4. Prepare 20 grams Trehalose
  5. You need 3 Egg yolk
  6. Prepare 80 grams Unsalted butter
  7. Use 30 ml Heavy cream
  8. You need 1 enough to make 160 ml when combined with egg yolk and cream Water

  1. Beat the egg yolk well and mix with the cream and water.
