  1. Prepare 400 grams Chicken breast
  2. Take 1 dash Salt
  3. Use 1 tbsp Sake
  4. Take 1 Katakuriko
  5. Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  6. Use 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  7. Get 2 tbsp Honey
  8. Provide 1 approx. 1 teaspoon Juice from grating ginger
  9. Get 1 approx. 2 tablespoons White toasted sesame seeds
  10. You need 1 Vegetable oil for deep frying

  1. Remove the skin from the chicken breast, and slice the meat into 1 cm wide strips. Rub in a small amount of salt and sake and set it aside.
