  1. You need 2 tbsp honey
  2. Take 2 tbsp salted butter
  3. You need 2 1/4 tsp active dry/ instant yeast
  4. You need 1 1/3 cup hot water (110°f)
  5. Prepare 3-3 1/2 cup flour

  7. Use 1 large egg

  1. Cream butter and honey in a mixing bowl, add yeast and water let set for 5 mins.
  2. Add 2 cups flour mix well. Slowly incorporate 1/2 cup of flour, the dough will start to form a ball.
  3. When the dough is firm enough place on floured surface and knead another 1/2 cup of flour. I knead for about 10 mins the dough is elastic but still slightly sticky
  4. Place bowl in sprayed bowl cover let rise for 1 hour.
  5. After 1 hour punch down, place on floured surface, separate, shape, and place dough on greased baking sheet.
  6. Preheat oven to 400°f
  7. When oven is preheated mix 1 egg and 1 tbsp water, and baste over bread. Bake bread in oven
  8. Rolls (12) 10-15 mins loaves (2)30 - 45 mins until golden brown top
