- Knead a dough using refined flour, olive oil, curd, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, salt and water as required to get a smooth soft dough and now keep aside for minimum one hour so that dough gets raised.
- Now prepare butter mixture using butter, oregano, garlic, chilli flakes and keep aside
- After 1 hour or so roll the dough to make a thick chapati using maize flour so that dough doesn't stick
- Now on the rolled chapati apply butter mixture using greasing brush all over the chapati
- Now add grated mozarella cheese, corns and jalapenos to one half side of chapati. Remember to sprinkle some salt over it.
- Now seal the chapati with water on the edges not to much just the touch.
