The ingredients needed to prepare Easy Yeast Bread:
- Take 300 g bread flour
- Take 200 ml warm water
- Use 8 g active yeast
- Prepare 15 g sugar
- Provide 4 g salt
- Use 30 ml cooking oil
Instructions to make Easy Yeast Bread:
- Mix warm water with the yeast. Wait 5 minutes to activate the yeast
- Sift the flour into a bowl. Mix in the sugar and salt
- Add the yeast mixture into the dry ingredients. Use a spatula to mix until the flour absorbs all the water
- Knead the dough for a little while before add in the oil, then knead the oil into the dough until it's fully incorporated

- Coat your working surface again. Take the dough onto it. Knead for a while to make sure you break all the air bubble. Then, you can cut and shape you loaf of bread however you fancy. I made them round like burger buns. Put them in your baking tray.
- Preheat the oven at 170°C. Mean while cover the loaves with a damp sheet of fabric (or a cling film with a bowl of hot water inside the tray) and wait 30 minutes
- Bake the loaves for 20 minutes.
