- You need 3 handfuls salad
- Provide 1 handful spinach
- Use 1/4 tin kidney beans
- Use Several small tomatoes
- Use 1/6 onion
- Use 1 garlic clove
- Prepare 1 tsp rapeseed oil
- Get 2 tsp chia seeds
- Take 1 stick celery
- Get 1 small carrot
Instructions to make Healthy salad with kidney beans:
- Please make sure these kidney beans came from a tin and aren't fresh, if they are then you will need to cook and soak them before hand!
- Drain your kidney beans and rinse them. Wash the salad leaves and spinach.
- Rip the spinach up and put it in a mixing bowl alongside the salad leaves.
- Chop up the garlic and onion. Then heat up the rapeseed oil in a frying pan.
- Once the rapeseed oil has been lightly heated, add in the garlic and onion.
