  2. You need 1/2 lb meat. brisket or beef tips preferably
  3. You need 1/3 pkg Lipton's mushroom onion soup mix
  4. Get 1 cup heavy cream
  5. Prepare 3 garlic cloves minced
  6. Get 1/2 shallot minced
  7. Use 1/4 cup beef broth
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp butter
  9. Use salt and pepper

  1. Boil your tortellini per package instructions
  2. In a skillet add butter, once melted add shallot and garlic. Cook about 3 mins, careful not to burn garlic
