  2. Provide 3 lb peeled and cubed potatoes
  3. Prepare 1 bunch cleaned and chunked carrots
  4. Provide 2 can canned corned beef or if you prefer brisket use that instead
  5. You need 6 beef bullion cubes
  6. Provide 1 tsp sea salt
  7. Get 1 tsp ground black pepper
